  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy is fine)

Gluten Free Flour Mix

  • 1 1/3 cups teff (buckwheat, sorghum, or millet flour)
  • 1 cup white or brown rice flour
  • 2/3 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/3 cup sweet rice flour (mochi flour)
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt

Instructions

Notes
